Intruder Arrested After Spending 12 Hours In Rihanna's Home

An man has been charged with staking and other felonies after breaking into Rihanna's home in the Hollywood Hills.

Eduardo Leon, 27, reportedly jumped a fence and disarmed the singer's alarm system.  He was allegedly discovered by the star's assistant after spending 12 hours there.

Rihanna was not home at the time.

Leon was charged with stalking, vandalism, first-degree residential burglary, and resisting arrest.

He pleaded not guilty to all charges, but could face up to six years if convicted.
